Embracing Life: Confronting the Fear That Holds Us Back

We are too Scared too Live Fully

"Scared of Loosing of Youreslf, Ego!"

Let's cut the crap and get straight to it – we're scared. Scared to our core. Scared of taking risks, scared of failing, scared of looking foolish, sacred of facing our emotions and ultimately, scared of living fully. It's time we address the elephant in the room – our fear – and figure out why the heck we're letting it run the show.

So, why are we so terrified? Is it the fear of the unknown, the fear of judgment, or just the fear of making a mess of things? Spoiler alert: it's probably all of the above. But guess what? We're not alone in this fear-fueled journey. Everyone's dealing with it to some extent. Imagine this: You have this grand idea, a dream that means everything to you. Maybe it's starting a business, pursuing a passion, or finally telling that special someone how you feel. Yet, here we are, standing on the edge, paralyzed by the what-ifs and maybes. But seriously, what's the worst that can happen? Failure? Rejection? Guess what, my friend – failure is not the end; it's a lesson. Rejection is not a reflection of your worth; it's a redirection towards something better. So why the heck are we so scared of few ups and downs, it will come and it should its Life!

Living fully means embracing the messy, unpredictable ride of life. It's about jumping headfirst into the chaos, knowing that every stumble is a lesson and every scar is a story. It's time to stop dodging through our days, avoiding anything that might disrupt our carefully crafted comfort zones. And let's talk about judgment. Newsflash: People are going to judge you no matter what you do. You could cure cancer, and someone would complain that you're putting doctors out of business. So why let the fear of judgment dictate your choices? Be authentic, and let the haters stew in their negativity. Don't let the imagined judgments of others dictate how you live!

Finally...finally the biggest fear of ourselves that we didn't want to face it or even didn't want to see the reality of it, that stops you to live fully.

The fear of loosing your ego, Yes you heard it right! We are too scared and attatched to our  "ego" which we think its our identity. And ironically we are also too ingnorant of this fact that we have it and it holds us back to live the life we wish. Take a moment, think when was the last time you told your partner, or your close ones that you love them and expressed your emotions. Think back when you have stopped yourself to just call or message your person whom you love beacuse of your anger or ego. You remembered!
Let's Face it- It only takes 10 sec's to call your partner to say that you love them, and you dont want this fight or argument with you. How much it takes to call someone you love and express yourself which you are holding back from a long time. Its really your ego which  makes you feel that Why you should? makes you feel that you don't need to do. But the reality is which you also deep within know that, You also want to call or message, You want to express yourself, You also don't want this fight, You want to say soory to the person you hurt. If you are still holding yourself, read this.

"Never take anything forgranted beacsue of  your illusion of "ego" may be you will loose everything the love, efforts you get from your partner, your parents, your close ones"

Listen to your inner voice, Thats YOU! not the ego which holds you back every single everytime when you try to express yourself. This time when you go back to your world, reslove everything, and this time don't let anything hold you back. Don't be too scared to loose you ego, because that's were you will start of live.
